Description
Cantaloupes were known to be raised along the shore of Laguna de Bay in our early society, and were mostly available in markets and fruit stands in the dry seasons.
Native Cantaloupes are greenish fruits that is smooth and longitudinally streaked.
Filipinos traditionally prepares Cantaloups in long thing slices or wedges sprinkled with sugar. It is also scraped into long thin strips and combined with its juices into a cooling drink.
